[yaga] Yaga snapshot 20030517 available

Yaga snapshot 20030517 introduces a lot of new functionality, as well as
a big number of improvements over existing functionality, and bugfixes.

As usual, all of the development was done with a somewhat hackish
version, parse.pl.

Highlights:

o Supported reports generated by Local Server, and UTF-8 and UTF-16
  reports generated by OGS.
o A first version of universal ship calculator.
o "New" tables got a status line, a search function, and a "totals" line.
o New table, "Battle details", is added.
o New table, "Bombings", is added.
o Added menus with available commands to some tables.
o Lots of bugfixes and minor changes and additions to functionality.
