[yaga] Yaga snapshot 20030306 available

Yaga snapshot 20030306 introduces quite a bit of new functionality, as
well as a few improvements over existing functionality.

The snapshot can be downloaded at a usual location,

The list of changes since the previous snapshot is available at

As usual, most of the development was done with a somewhat hackish
version, parse.pl.

Highlights:

o perl 5.6 is now a hard requirement, yaga will no longer work with
  5.005.
o Added support for flagging planets.
o Added quick shortcuts for getting a pre-filtered by aplanet group
  list.
o Fix the algorithm which puts survived groups which are not listed in
  the "Someone Groups" report section into the group list.
o A popup menu in the planet list to select planet's production.
o A popup menu in the group list implementing some obscure but useful
  commands.
o A colormap change: make the map's background black to increase the
  contrast.
o Lots of fixes and minor changes.
